The rising threat of cybercrime in Africa

10 to 15 per cent. That's the threshold cybersecurity expert Professor Nir Kshetri has identified as the internet penetration threshold level which results in significant hacking activities. A sizeable number of African nations are within, or will imminently be within, that range.
